In June 2022, the LC launched a new program called Leadership Lab. We invited the most recent CLDP graduates to be part of a pilot and the invitation was well received!
This program responds to requests to be part of a circle to dialogue and receive support for a project, idea or initiative. It is a space to dream and take action on that dream.
The Leadership Lab is an opportunity to explore implementation, a project, a new program, or to get help with something that is ongoing, such as a congregational or ministry issue.
We will look for ways to apply what we learned in the CLDP and move into concrete action. This will be different for everyone and will change as we move forward, attending to what emerges as it develops.
