Registration to attend in person is $275 USD per person

Registration to attend virtually is $150 per person. ​

Hotel costs at Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands - prices include breakfast

$140 per night for single room (1 person in the room for 5 nights = $700 per person)

$190 per night for double room (2 people in the room for 5 nights = $475 per person)
-
$270 per night for triple room (3 people in the room for 5 nights = $450 per person)
Additional nights before and after HOPE 2027 will be available for an additional cost. ​​

You may choose to commute to HOPE 2027 and make your own arrangements for overnight accommodations. The registration cost for those not staying overnight at the Hyatt is $275.

Registration Process
1. Determine how you will pay the registration fee:

by check in USD or wire transfer.

2. Complete the registration form. REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 2, 2026

3. Make your reservations at Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands. You will need a credit card. A link to make your reservation directly with the hotel will be provided after you complete your registration form. Information on how to find roommate(s) to share hotel costs will be provided at that time

4. Apply for your Electronic Travel Authorization (visa), if needed. There will be an additional cost to you to apply. You will need a credit card. More information is available at the Republic of Kenya Directorate of Immigration Services Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) page
